No Original-Tender Refunds, No Returns Accepted

We welcome your questions prior to placing your order.  We are happy to supply you additional photos, take hand-measurements or suggest alternate-choices- to enable you to make a confident and informed purchase.

Items Ineligible For Exchange At Any Time 

Accessories, headwear, foundation garments, swimwear, cosmetics, fragrances, home and gift items, couture, "guest-designer" items, and anything purchased on promotional or final markdown ("sale" or "on sale"), gift cards, streaming content, or downloadable software products.  

 

Exchange Policy

UNWORN apparel and footwear-- with original tags still attached --bearing no signs of wear -- may be exchanged for alternate size or an item of equal value.  Item(s) must be in the same condition as-delivered to you, in the original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse return-requests upon our inspection of the goods in-question, when we receive the parcel. (Rare, but it happens if there are obvious indications of wearing, creasing, dirt, odors, damage, or washing/dry cleaning.)

When sending back your exchange please include your invoice/order number within the return. Please allow up to 5 business days from the time we receive your return-package for your exchange to be processed. 
Store-Credit Exchanges (if applicable)
If the item you ordered is not available for even-exchange, we will issue you a one-time "store credit code" that will be emailed to you.  This code is non-transferrable, and cannot be combined with any other offer, or be applied toward the cost of shipping.  

  • Merchandise must be dispatched to us for exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you received your delivery from us.
  • After 14 days from delivery, merchandise cannot be exchanged for product or store credit, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.
  • If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.

 

 

OTHER RETURN FAQ:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping - To Reiterate

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid return-shipping labels.  Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for return-exchanges.  If you receive a refund under special circumstances, the cost of your return-shipping to us will NOT be added to your final refund amount.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service, signature confirmation, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
