SHIPPING

DOMESTIC-ORDER PROCESSING TIME PRIOR TO SHIPMENT

Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-6 business days processing time during peak sale-events, festival seasons, and holidays. For questions regarding your shipping and order information, please e-mail us at info@cosmosglamsquad.com. We will respond within 1-2 business days.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 14th ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE BY DECEMBER 24th, NO MATTER THE SHIPPING CARRIER YOU SELECT AT CHECKOUT.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?
 

We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can log on to www.usps.com (or ups.com, when selected) and enter your tracking number to track your order. You can also log into your account and click on order status to track your order.  It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in the system.

DOMESTIC Shipping FAQ

All in stock items will ship within 24-48 hrs. Orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will ship the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (if selected by you) with the exception of PO Boxes, which are shipped via USPS. Unless you request in the 'order notes' section at checkout, we DO NOT automatically include signature-confirmation as a shipping procedure.  Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Normally orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days. Complete tracking info provided. Ground service delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Most items may be shipped to all 50 states in the United States. Transit times vary depending on your UPS shipping zone. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days): Normally orders will be delivered by the end of the third business day. Complete tracking info provided. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous states.

UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days): Normally orders will be delivered by the end of the 2nd business day. Complete tracking info provided. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Most items may be shipped to all 50 states in the United States.

UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): Normally orders will be delivered within 1 business day by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. or end of day, depending on destination. Complete tracking info provided. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Most items may be shipped to all 50 states in the United States.

 

USPS - United States Postal Service 

Cosmos Glamsquad does not offer automatic Signature Confirmation services on shipments.  Please specify in your order notes if you require this.


USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days): Normally orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

USPS First Class (Package) Service (5-7 business days): Normally orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Domestic Shipping Rates (US) Shipping costs are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
 

We currently ship to all 50 US states (including AK and HI), as well as select international territories- at our discretion.  If your order processes at checkout -- we ship to your country.

Generally, the third-party freight forwarders we ship through (DHL and UPS) build all export/import taxes, tarifs, customs fees, and provincial/municipal surcharges into the listed shipping rates.  However, we do not guarantee that the listed shipping rates for your order will definitively include all  surcharges or penalties. We are not responsible for the payment of such penalties in order for deliveries to reach you.  We do not have the authority to release or expedite customs-processing.   

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to process orders that are placed -and being delivered to locations- outside of the USA.  Fraud screenings are very stringent, yet we reserve the right to cancel an international order at our discretion. 

International Shipping Carriers

We offer international shipping through the third-party carriers listed at checkout.  Delivery time will depend on which carrier and option you select.  Third-party carriers generally include liability insurance in the shipping fees.  Liability insurance may or may not cover the entire purchase cost.  Items are cleared through customs by third-party carriers and delivered to the shipping address by these carriers directly to you.  

We do not guarantee or can we control the speed of shipping, regardless of the option you selected at checkout, regretfully.
